Free Physicals Will Take Place at the Speedway on May 23rd! Info!

We are fortunate that Advent Hospital will be giving free physicals to our athletes on Thursday, May 23rd from 4:45-5:30pm at the Daytona Speedway Midway Center off of ISB. 

They will need to complete the front side of the EL2 and have all signatures in order to receive a physical. 

Paperwork MUST be completed/signed by a parent before the athletes will be given a physical.

The paperwork can be found on the athletic website or folks can drop by Mrs. Q’s office to pick up a copy of the paperwork.  Kathy will also be happy to answer any questions the athletes or parents might have.
