Three Medalists at Girls & JV States for Wrestling!

     On Friday and Saturday, February 10 and 11, the Junior Varsity boys team attended the J.V. State Wrestling Tournament, at Osceola High School and the Girls team attended the Girls State Wrestling Tournament at Liberty High School.

     The Junior Varsity Tournament produced two State Placers, 145lbs. Seth Biggs – Champion and 170 lbs. Xander Schenk – 4th place, wrestling up two weight classes.  The twelve Junior Varsity boys placed 13th as a team.

     The Girls State Tournament produced one State Placer, 170 lbs. Aryelle Przybycien.  The seven Lady Bulldogs placed 24th out of 80 teams. 

     The good news is that all the wrestlers and placers in these tournaments are underclassmen and women who will return to the mats for the Bulldogs next season.
