Strength & Conditioning Conducting Digital Body Composition Test

DeLand HS Strength & Conditioning is currently working with a company called Ultimate PROformance, LLC. to provide student-athletes, coaches, and faculty with an awesome opportunity to learn their present health and fitness status using a state-of-the-art body composition testing machine. 

This machine has the ability to give accurate body analysis from body fat percentage, water weight, lean muscle, visceral fat, etc. in 45 seconds and provide a full print-out of the results.

The best part is you only have to take off your shoes to participate.  

Testing will take place on June 1st in the weight room starting at 8am, athletes are asked to come early to complete testing and Coach Thomas will provide a brief seminar to explain the results.  

The cost of this testing was originally $150, but is now being offered at a group rate of $20 per person.

You can pay by cash on the day of or check made out to Ultimate PROformance and turned into Coach Thomas (PRIOR TO June 1st).
