DeLand's Baseball team continues community outreach

Over the past couple of months, DeLand High's Baseball team has made visits to Blue Lake Elementary and Starke Elementary Schools. On their visits they have been reading to and with students as well as providing some tutoring. There has been a lot of positive feedback from the students and teachers as to how much these young men are making an impact in their community. The team also loves to see how the students react to them and how happy they are to have them there. This is definitely a win-win for our baseball team and the community.
